Our Founder
For more than five decades, H. Sanford Rudnick has dedicated his career exclusively to labor relations, advising employers on union organizing, collective bargaining, labor negotiations, employee relations, and workplace management.
Although Mr. Rudnick graduated from law school, he is not a licensed attorney and does not provide legal representation or legal services. Instead, he serves as a labor relations consultant to management, offering practical guidance based on more than 50 years of hands-on experience in the field. Our Philosophy
Labor relations challenges can have a significant impact on your business, employees, and long-term success. We provide practical guidance to help employers address workplace issues before they become costly disputes.
Mr. Rudnick's philosophy in the field of labor relations is based on the belief that Employers should have the freedom to run their company according to their own best judgement and to maximize the resulting profits. Employer Management also has the responsibility to treat their employees fairly, so that both employees and the company will prosper. Towards these objectives, we believe the best path is through successful negotiation and education.
