2. Continued Lack of NLRB Quorum
The NLRB remains without the quorum required to issue decisions—due to the firing and legal battles over the reinstatement of board member Gwynne Wilcox after President Trump’s removal of her earlier in the year. The Supreme Court has issued a temporary stay on her reinstatement, keeping the board functionally paralyzed. Wikipedia+1
